About Club 407

Club Mission:  We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

Chartered in 1978, the club serves as a resource to aid current Toastmasters district Trio members as they strive to become Smedley's Distinguished. We are the only club that offers sessions tailored to address issues and challenges regularly faced by district leaders. Our rich heritage and combined experience creates an endless pipeline of resources that leaders can tap into. Plus, members can network with many top leaders in the organization.

While the club is part of District 100 in Southern California, it attracts local district leaders who travel from San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and Palm Springs, and distant leaders who take advantage of Zoom and join us from Ventura and points north, Nevada, Washington, Maryland, New York, Canada and Australia.

The membership of Club 407 consists of:
  • Current and Past
    • District Governors and Directors
    • Region Advisors
    • International Directors
    • International Presidents
  • Current
    • Program Quality Directors
    • Club Growth Directors

Guests are always welcome. To be a member of the club, you must be a current district Trio member or a past district governor / director or above.
